Truitt Maxwell is the Director of Finance and Operations at CES Power. He assumed the role in May 2022 after spending time in private equity and in the oil and gas sector.

Prior to joining CES Power, Truitt was an MBA Associate at Allied Industrial Partners during his full-time MBA program at the Jones Graduate School of Business. Before that, Truitt was a financial analyst for Wayfinder Resources, a private equity–backed exploration and production company. His role involved updating billing procedures, maintaining financial reporting, and performing diligence on potential acquisitions and divestitures.

Truitt graduated from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business, with a Master of Business Administration degree in 2022. Additionally, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Economics from The University of Alabama in 2018.

One of Truitt’s favorite events to attend was the 2022 U.S Open at The Country Club, especially after watching The Greatest Game Ever Played countless times. Outside of work, Truitt enjoys golfing, watching the Crimson Tide on Saturdays, and traveling to new places.
